Our Approach...
Each of our projects is offered as a separate investment, through its own special purpose vehicle, company or trust.
Typically, our investment opportunities are medium-term in nature with capital committed from between one to three years. The minimum investment levels for our projects vary depending on the development requirements.
Each investment opportunity is presented to you via a feasibility and information memorandum explaining the project and funding requirements.
Each project is secured under an option agreement. Investor funds are required to be from existing property/business equity or cash assets, as there is no opportunity for security against the property until the development site is purchased.
Once the DA has been granted and we move to purchase the property, then security is offered by a second mortgage over the development site.
We keep you informed throughout the process with regular, transparent project reporting.
We manage all aspects of the property development process from identifying, sourcing funding opportunities through to execution and divestment.
